Apple's new smartphone buyers want about Android

And then there are two. The new battle for smartphone buyers have come to an old-style Western showdown between Google and Apple. RIM safely out of the way Google and Apple with the power to destroy competition and customer preferences to cut again very closely. A study released in Monday by ChangeWave Research show that customers prefer the new IOS Android smartphone in direct contradiction to a study conducted by Nielsen in April with the new Android smartphone customer prefer IOS.

New study by ChangeWave focus almost exclusively in North America and found that 46% of respondents said that they plan to buying a newest smartphone in next 90 days, saying they are the IOS device that produces an increase of 2 % points since March preferences. In comparison, 32% of respondents plan, a new smartphone in next 90 days prefer to buy Android devices.

They are considering buying a Blackberry decreased by 4%, the lowest ChangeWave survey ever ask RIM.

This study has some interesting implications for both Android and Apple have struggled for dominance smartphone operating system market. Android this year as the winner in the heart of the smart phone to potential buyers. A study conducted by Nielsen May showed that 31% of people prefer to buy the plans for the new Android smart phones, compared with 25% of those who prefer Apple. The same survey showed that 50% of respondents said they bought a smartphone, said in the past six months, said he bought an Android device, compared with 25%, who bought the iPhone, he said. A similar study in October, Nielsen has the same result: more people do not have an Android phone in the past six months, purchased from Apple or RIM.

RIM and the poor continues to drift. Nielsen conducted a study in October, RIM is still on top of the smartphone market with a market share of 31%. In the May survey, only 10% of respondents said they plan to buying a Blackberry. Now, four months later, Blackberry, preferably in a ChangeWave survey only 4%.

Interestingly, when it comes to customer satisfaction, 70% of their IOS customers "very satisfied" with their mobile operating system, compared with only 50% of customers Android.
